Construction Pricing for our upcoming 2027 Design Build Season are as follows;

California pricing follows;

·         $35K to 59K for smaller and more basic lofts, mini lofts and ceiling conversions.

·         $60K to $78K is the range for open loft additions that might be full size rooms and some double loft and bedroom (2 room) spaces).

·         $80K to 110K is the typical price range for larger multi-room projects, including bathrooms and/or second floor laundry rooms and specialty spaces.

The construction pricing is not based on any square footage formula as each project is usually small enough to figure out exactly the cost for what is being requested. Some models will require fire sprinklers if you already have them in your home while others will not need this work. Some homes will require more window remodeling on the outside of the house while others only need to replace the existing window openings and make them operable. All of these factors change the pricing and are not based on the square footage, but based on the architectural design, existing layout and any extra features or custom bathrooms or home theaters as an examples.
